Which are meaningless with the unarmored defense rule.  Unless we get magical armor or some new kind of armor that gives an AC bonus of at least +11, the cheapest of which would be +3 full plate, and even that allows me one Dex bonus to AC (not to mention the fact by the time we'd come across such a thing, even in a normal-magic setting, my natural defense would be higher still).  Yeah, we're never gonna use armor ever, are we?

Maybe shields, though.  I couldn't decipher the rules on how a buckler works with bows, so I didn't bother, but those could be useful.

So, no problems then? I'd keep my character in line with your setting as much as possible, noting your issues from the other forum. Perhaps more of a conceptual monk than a religious one?

I m somewhat interested in playing, but I am a complete noob, not totally knowing all the rules, and having played only 4.0 a bit. I think I'd make a paladin or a druid if there anr't any in the second party already, or if its open....

I believe you have missed the party.  Or, rather, the party never started.  Mainiac disappeared, leaving us all very sad.
