The schedule he set out isn't a date of specifically when each comic will be finished, just when he believes he can get each one done. He's trying to give himself a schedule, some order, to make sure he makes the comic and to try and give you an idea of when the comics will be available and new. Realize here that the last two comics have been on time.

Monday's comic was supposed to come out Friday
I guess if Friday never happened that week it technically came out on time though

Not really, because he specifically said there was a delay. If he told you there was a delay you can't count the days he's missed and say he owes us comics, thats ridiculous. You, sir, are ridiculous. By that logic, if every comic came out at regular intervals and he missed one day, then every comic after that day would be late by a day.

Not to mention the guy said things like "it'll be up Friday" underneath the preceding comic and it wasn't
